Shipping policy

Open and check your package as soon as you receive it.

If you are't ready to plant your tubers, you can keep them dormant by storing them at 40-50 degrees fahrenheit. Storing them at typical indoor temps can cause desiccation if the environment is dry. We are not responsible for product lost after storage.

Shipping will begin the first week of April depending on temperatures via USPS.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders lost or damaged during shipping.

Any issues must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt.
